ugadi pickle making

Ingredients required for preparing ugadi pickle.

Neem flowers
gigery
Sliced dry coconut
tamarind soup
Sliced mango
water

Making process: first take bowl and add 2 cups of water add 5 tablespoon tamarind soup in it.  Add smashed giggery and mix well And keep it a side for 5 minutes. Then add sliced mango and wet coconut and add garnish with neem flowers. serve in Small bowl and eat it
